Seller's comments and description: interior:the interior is like new. The only area that shows wear is the driver side seat bolster which is typical of all 997porsche seats. I have minimized this wear by routinely treating this surface with leather conditioner. Thepassenger seat is nearly flawless. The rest of the interior is exceptionally clean and well maintained. In fact, itstill smells like new leather inside. I don't smoke and i haven't put any pets in the car. Mechanical:factory warranty through july of 2016! The car runs impeccably. There are still several months of factory warrantyon the car so prior to listing the car for sale, i took it to the dealer to make sure there was nothing that neededwork. It came back with no issues to report. Exterior:the car has been garage-kept since it was purchased. It may have been driven a few times in the rain but never inthe snow or while there has been salt or brine residue on the road. I have meticulously cared for it. The originalowner had full coverage of a 3m paint protection film which i removed not long ago and had replaced with xpelultimate self- healing paint protection film. I opted to cover the entire front of the car up to the windshield, aswell as the lower sills and in front/behind the rear tires. I also had the headlights and rear-view mirrorscovered. There is one small paint chip on the rear bumperette that is approximately 1/8" diameter. In the front, the paintprotection film has some very mild stone rash on the passenger side. Wheels:the wheels are perfectly round. They have never been repaired, refinished, or repainted. Since this car has carbonceramic brakes, the wheels are very clean and more importantly, they are easy to keep clean because the carbonceramic rotors produce little to no dust. Rotors:both sides of each rotor have been thoroughly inspected and found to be free of damage. Tires:new michelin pilot super sports and tire pressure monitoring sensors were installed last month. Total cost on thatjob was $1,765.
